FAQ
A responsible parent or guardian must supervise children and remain on site during Open Play. Open Play drop-offs are not allowed.
Yes. All adults and children entering the play area must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase at Sylvania Playland.
Outside food is not permitted during Open Play. Food and drinks must stay out of the play area; snacks and drinks are available for purchase on site.
Yes. Keep your receipt and you may leave and return on the same day.
The playground equipment and jump pad are for children age 12 and younger. Adults and teens may not use the play equipment. Glow Golf and the arcade are available to all ages.
Glow Golf is an 18-hole blacklight mini-golf experience. Choose one round or unlimited golf, or pair it with Bounce admission.
Booked parties include a private party room. The main play areas are shared unless you reserve one of the limited private-party packages.
Children may be dropped off for a scheduled, adult-hosted party after a parent or guardian signs them in and provides an emergency number. Open Play drop-offs are not allowed.
Cake or cupcakes, decorations, and paper products are allowed. Outside drinks and other outside food are not. Silly string, glitter, confetti balloons, and face paint are prohibited.
Choose Bronze, Silver, or Platinum and select the number of children covered. Benefits and monthly pricing vary by tier and family size.
Memberships recur monthly until cancelled and require at least three paid monthly cycles. Full terms are presented during enrollment before you sign.
Yes. Every guest must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating.
